The Armor AX25 combines two great products into one! It will darken the surface and enhance any dull and faded coloring, and protect the surface with a durable high gloss surface film. The Armor AX25 is a fantastic sealer if you are looking to bring out dull and faded surfaces, enhance surfaces with a high gloss wet look finish, and provide superior water repellency benefits to the surface. The Armor AX25 also doubles as a cure and seal and can be applied to new concrete. The Armor AX25 is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is non-yellowing, breathable, and low VOC. The protective high gloss film will reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and water absorption including cracking, spalling, pitting, dusting, and the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.

I applied the Foundation Armor AX25 to my concrete driveway this fall, and the final result is outstanding. For prep, I made sure to thoroughly degrease the entire surface first. I applied two coats using a 3/8" solvent-resistant nap roller, and it laid down perfectly with absolutely no lap marks—which is usually my biggest concern with rolled clear coats. Coverage was right on the money. It took about four gallons to get two solid coats down on a double driveway plus a 20x3 foot walkway. I rolled it out on a day when it hit 20°C (68°F), dropping down to about 7°C (45°F) overnight, and it cured beautifully without any issues. I also mixed in SharkGrip for traction. Slip-resistant additives can sometimes dull a clear coat or cause it to streak, but the AX25 maintained a brilliant, high-gloss wet look even with the aggregate mixed in. It looks amazing and cured to a hard, professional-grade finish. Highly recommended.. Jeff. Calgary, AB. Mon Oct 05 2026

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I hope it will keep my concrete in great condition for next 3-4 years.. Junaid. Edmonton, AB. Mon Sep 15 2025

Ecopower 1.28 GPF toilet flushometer valve is ideal for high-traffic spaces, providing an elegant water conservation solution. The in-wall concealed valve adds an additional level of sophistication to the commercial space. Engineered to require no electricity or routine battery replacement, the eco-power flushometer valve saves energy and water while providing maximum performance in even the most demanding commercial spaces. Powered by the force of running water, eco-power hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the sensor of the valve. The eco power flush valve is highly efficient, replenishing power stores with no minimum daily usage. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. Ensuring that water flows only when needed, the self-adjusting eco power sensor is now stronger with a wider detection range that eliminates ghost flushing that could wastewater, and now supports improved automatic flushing to prevent missed flushes. A manual override flush button is present when needed. The piston and solenoid mechanism, a marked improvement over traditional rubber diaphragm-type valves, maintains consistent flush volume under a range of supply pressures. The valve is ADA-compliant. This flushometer valve is for use with toilets that have 1-1/2 inch back spud inlets. Included: Cover plate, 1-inch angle stop, vacuum breaker set for back spud floor mount toilets.
