I really like that it has five brightness settings for the flames as well as five speed settings for the flames they don't look fake and I didn't want one that had multiple colors because natural flame color is fine for me. It has only high low and off settings for the heat option where is others have a thermostat but overall for the open box price I got I'm extremely happy. It fits perfectly in the cabinet that I bought. This is a very handsome insert. I needed to replace a 33 " x 26 " insert and this fit perfectly without using the trim kit.
