Took 24 minutes to build and was very easy to put together. Scan the code and watch the video much easier then looking at the pictures. The photo showed a height of 24.8" its actually 25.2" which made it not fit under my desk but the specifications shows 26" so should've read that. The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall. The file cabinet looks great. It had a lot of pieces, but we got it together. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism doesn't work properly. If we install the mechanism as directed, then the top drawer will not close. If we install only the bottom drawer mechanism, then both drawers close, but only the top drawer locks. It will work for me but I can't lock the drawers as intended. It would be impossible to assemble and return. This is a heavy file cabinet. I love the color. I really love my file cabinet. The height is perfect, it's sturdy and well made and tge drawers are very deep and spacious to store files ir whatever you want to secure inside. It was easy to assemble and it arrived on time and well packed in a box to secure it. It was not damaged and I'm happy that I can place my printer on top of the file cabinet so everything is accessible within my reach while working in my office space setup at home. We bought 4 of these units to use as bases for our desks. The files arrived as promised, very well packed. They are good looking and of very good quality as well. My only question would be, are there dividers available for purchase to use in the shallow drawers? There seem to be spaces for them, but I didn't see them available for purchase.
