I ordered 2 of these file cabinets. I put them together, myself. It was easy. But, time consuming. I definitely recommend following the instructions as printed. Organize everything prior to starting. Add storage to your home office with the Hitchin 18" 3 Drawer Farmhouse Verticle Filing Cabinet in Walnut. This three drawer filing cabinet is made from durable MDF with a slightly distressed walnut finish for a coastal farmhouse look. Functionality is at the chore with this wooden filing cabinet with full-extension roller glides to access your hanging files. The three drawers have aged black iron-finished handles and frame molding for a classic look to your verticle filing cabinet.

For the price, the cabinet is worth it. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for thick, heavy folders or for everyday use. It is suitable for recordsreportsreceipts that you want to keep but don’t need frequent access to. The cabinet was easy to assemble except for the issue of the drawer glides being installed incorrectly. Fortunately, my husband was able to figure out why and reinstalled the glides properly.. By. Pawling, NY. Thu Oct 22 2026

This vertical filing cabinet keeps your important office documents organized while tucking easily under a desk or in a corner. An additional small drawer at the top provides space for smaller supplies like pens and sticky notes. Built from steel with metal slide drawer glides, it offers smooth opening and closing during busy workdays. Plus, it includes a lockable design and a drawer safety stop to secure files.

Great filing cabinet. The first shipment was damaged. Wayfair was great to replace it but shipping the damaged one back was a bit of a pain. It’s only off one star as it’s not super heavy duty but it does the job!. Amie. Mon Sep 14 2026

This modern filing cabinet offers a sleek and practical solution to keep your documents organized. Made from engineered wood, it features two fully extendable drawers with metal slides for smooth access. Designed to accommodate letter-sized hanging files, this cabinet comes with hanging file bars included. The lockable design ensures the security of your important documents, while the locking wheels offer mobility and stability when needed. With a weight capacity of 110 lbs., this filing cabinet is a versatile addition to your home office or work area.

Love this filing cabinet already. Easy to follow instructions but I would recommend using a power screwdriver. . Kristie. US. Sun Aug 09 2026

Paperwork builds up fastest wherever several people share a space, so this steel cabinet keeps a home office, studio, or reception desk organized without taking over the room. Recessed handles sit flush with the drawer fronts, so the unit slides into a tight aisle or under a counter without snagging sleeves or chair arms, while a powder-coated finish over welded steel wipes clean of fingerprints. Because it ships flat, one person can carry it up a stairwell and assemble it from the fittings packed in the carton. Anchoring hardware ties the loaded cabinet to a wall stud, keeping it steady on uneven floors and around children, and records stay upright and visible instead of piling up across a desk.

I’m really happy with this file cabinet! It was surprisingly easy to put together, and the instructions were clear and very easy to follow from start to finish. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and well made, especially for the price. The drawers open and close smoothly and provide plenty of space for keeping paperwork organized. I also really like that it has a locking option, which is great for storing important or personal documents. Overall, it looks nice, feels like good quality, and is a great addition to a home office. Definitely recommend!. Alicia A.. Texas. Mon Sep 07 2026

Are you always troubled with not being able to find documents and materials and the mess of piles of folders? Do you often need help finding what you want? It's time to have a file cabinet! The impeccable minimalist modern charm perfectly matches any color scheme and interior. It fits all your home or professional office needs regardless of space, future expansions, and budgets. This filing drawer cabinet will absolutely keep your home office machines, paper, files, and suppliers organized!

Now that I have it assembled it’s OK, it seems to be fair quality, looks good, feels solid, and the drawers work smoothly. However, it took hours to assemble and the directions are pictures, often vague. (The only words in print were inadvertently funny). The triangular drawer stop that I think is used to lock the bottom drawer to the top would not allow the top drawer to close so I removed it from the top drawer which I think prevents the bottom drawer from locking but I wasn’t going to fight it and possible break something slamming it or send it back after the long assembly. Fortunately, right now I don’t need to lock it but I wonder how this part could have been designed so badly. I have it closely fitting under a table so tipping isn’t a problem but I can see it could be and especially if you have kids it will need to be attached to something.. Karen. Amissville, VA. This is a beautiful piece of office furniture. Looks very good. Took about 3 hours to put together. If you are not good with reading instructions fully get help. It's somewhat strong, but I would only use it for hanging file folders. The bottoms of the draws are made with some sort of hardboard and the weight is not sufficient to hold much of anything else in my opinion. They are just slid into slots on the bottom. The lock is weak but this is for my home so I don't need the lock. It perfectly matches my desk. Otherwise it's very good fit for my home office.. Judy. Boston. Sun May 10 2026
