Overall, this is a well-made and sturdy wall-mounted medicine cabinet with mirror. It looks great once installed and feels like a quality piece. When it arrived, the top was damaged and looked like it may have been previously handled or improperly cleaned. The finish appeared to be deteriorating, similar to what can happen when an abrasive cleaner is used on this type of painted surface. (For cabinets like this, it's best to clean the painted finish with mild soap and water, while only the mirror should be cleaned with glass cleaner.) Thankfully, customer service resolved the issue right away, and I was very happy with how they handled it. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the smell inside the cabinet. My husband assembled the cabinet and didn't notice any odor during installation. I only noticed it after it was mounted on the wall when I opened the doors. It has a noticeable burnt or smoky smell inside the cabinet that has lingered for over a week. I'm hoping it eventually goes away, but since the cabinet is already installed, returning it really isn't practical. Lastly, as several other reviewers mentioned, the assembly instructions could be clearer. Fortunately, I had already read the reviews before putting it together, and one review pointed out a step that wasn't well explained, which made the assembly much easier. Very simple nice product! Nothing fancy, but looks very nice. Seems pretty sturdy. Easy to install (there are four pre-drilled holes and it comes with screws and drywall anchors). I decided to throw four extra screws in it, but just because I am overly cautious. It was pre-asembled when it arrived and took maybe 20 or 30 minutes for me to unbox it, measure, and install it. I had been looking for a cabinet with sliding doors and extra interior depth, but since it wasnt easy to find one, I decided on this model and installed it at home. My husband and the contractor helping with our bathroom remodel were really pleased with it. First of all, the frameless design gives it a sleek, clean look, and the finish is excellent. I’m also happy with the three-tier interior, which offers plenty of storage capacity. Since it has a mirror, I was worried about safe delivery, but it arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly.
