Very easy to install. We are using this unit and another we have yet to install until we complete renovations on our home and have our new heatingcooling system installed. This one is in the basement and on a setting of one to two heats the basement and warms the floor enough that the electric fireplace has kept our home very warm in 30 degree temps. When we hit Pennsylvania’s freezing temperatures on a steady basis the second unit will be needed upstairs. i have 10 of these heaters - both in NG and LP for an off grid cabin in all three sizes - best value for a straight foreward reliable heater - simple thermostatic control - no bells and whistles make it easy to repair and replace parts that are readilly available - no power needed - if you have 120v you can position a fan above the heater - got lucky when i found these on line.
