Installation instructions were good. Studs did not line up, so I added a metal bracket for more support because the 4 light version we used were about 7+ pounds and the wall insert from the builder was only rated at 6 lbs. Looks great with the separately purchased Edison light bulbs rated to emulate 60W. They are quite bright with 8 total lights in our large Master bath. Might have been better to get lesser wattage.
