Beautiful console but those hinges are hard to align. Setup was fairly easy until it got to the cabinet and hinge. I am still unable align them. So keep that in mind before assembling it yourself. Inspect table and chairs carefully asap. Mine came with multiple cracks in various pieces. Box came all taped up. Dining set is pretty. Not what I thought I was ordering. Seems cheaply made. Seats are compact so you can sit closer to the table while eating. Feels like plastic finishing even when it says wood. Quality and color of seats are more yellowish than cream and seems to be able to show dirt or stain if you spill something. Top is cut up into small wood and not a solid surface. Absolutely love this table! It has exceeded my expectations. I love the color, top is grey/brown. Looks more brown in our kitchen. It is very heavy duty, the wood used seems durable and of high quality. The table was superr heavy. We decided to buy a bench to go with it and leave the leaf in all the time. Could probably use one extra chair but all in all we love it. It was also easy to build! Shipping took longer than expected and kept getting delayed, but gave it 5 stars because it came well packaged and despite the delay the table is beautiful and just what we wanted!. Morgan. It’s a very nice set. However, I regret not having purchased the version of it with the chairs just wood, without the upholstery. I had assumed that in the future the fabric on the chairs could be replaced. However, the professional who assembled it let me know that in this particular furniture it’s not possible to replace the fabric upholstery on the chairs. So, once they get dirty or old, that’s it. I think, it should be mentioned in the online description that the fabric on the chairs cannot be replaced. Also, the professional assembly fee for the set was quite expensive. (It didn’t take the professional so long to do it. I think, the assembly fee listed for it was not assessed appropriately.) In addition, the fabric on the chairs are a bit shiny looking.
