The settee looks great in my feminine palates room! I put it together myself and it took about an hour. It came with all the tools and parts. Not too difficult and the instructions were good. I just have a slight concern about its sturdiness but I don’t plan to have a lot of people using it. It’s mainly for me only or me and one other person occasionally. I’m happy with my purchase.. The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. What is currently used seems to be saran wrap.. Teresa. Belmont, MA. Sat Jul 02 2016

Whether you're looking to create a cozy seating area in your home or a functional and stylish piece for your office, this elegant bench is an excellent choice.

Let’s return this bench. Obviously this has been opened and rummaged around in. There are dirty spots all over it as well as loose stitching. And two numerous threads hanging for me to photo. I did not opt to order an open box item but this is what I got. If it had been clean, I would return it anyway, because of the poor quality of the fabric workings but the fact that it’s soiled and looks used already took the cake.. Carol. Rancho Mirage, CA. Featuring intricately shaped legs, the piece is finished in haint blue.
