My puppy still isn’t used to car rides. He gets motion sickness and usually throws up if the trip is over an hour, so I got him this car seat, and it has made a big difference. He really likes it. this is a very sturdy and basic cat carrier. the top loading part is very helpful for my cat as he hates leaving the house and for some reason it seems easier to get him in this way. it was a little confusing to assemble and i accidentally put a screw in upside down, which is now stuck because of the way the nut threads so use caution. now i cannot disassemble it at all, but if not for that i think it would be easy to dissemble too.. This made traveling with my pet so easy. My dog is 20lbs and it’s difficult to carry the carrier with him in it as it gets too heavy on my shoulders. This is a great carrier -- well made and sturdy, the weather/water proof bottom to the pack is a nice feature for hiking and park days. It fits my 18 lb corgi well! Can hold a lot of items in addition to my pup. But it is quite a large backpack.
