We are doing our bathroom remodel in Hansgrohe products and this is perfect for our new shower. At first I wasn't sure about the short length, but it actually turned out well. I am using one near the bench seat horizontally and one vertically near the shower head. The are quite heavy and very well made. Unlike the grab bars you can buy at the DIY stores, these have a sleek beauty and even though they are a simple design, you can tell just by looking they have quality. You won't be disappointed.. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar.
