Installation is CONFUSING (lots of stupid little diagrams rather than words). Once you get past that, it works well and looks nice. As others have mentioned, the volume controls for each function do not do very much. You can barely tell the difference between fully turned on and fully turned down. Part is new, looks good, arrived on time. Great. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed). Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening.
