Very happy with this purchase. Was looking for a ten inch wide and high sided Everyday cooking skillet. After cleaning new skillet, I heated the pan, before adding any oil on a low med heat. I added the oil To the heated pan and it coated beautifully. Then I added my vegetables to cook. Perfect, and did not stick to the pan! Cleaned up beautifully!
