I did have one quick question about the setup, and their customer service team (contact info was right on the manual) was incredibly professional and friendly. Its rare to get a real human who actually knows the product! The build quality is top-notch—it feels heavy-duty and has that high-end outdoor kitchen look. One of the biggest selling points for me was the versatility. It’s set up for LPG, but I wanted to hook it up to my home’s gas line. I just bought the Natural Gas conversion kit from the same store, and it made the switch super easy. The cooking surface is massive (871 sq. in. is no joke), and the heat distribution is very even. The fold-out prep table is super sturdy and has already become my favorite spot for prepping steaks. If youre looking for a professional-grade setup that wont break the bank, this is it. Our galvanized steel 16-gauge post are architectural grade powder coated to weather the elements. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
