Honestly, I was a bit intimidated by the size of the boxes when they arrived, thinking the assembly would be a nightmare. Surprisingly, it was a breeze! I did have one quick question about the setup, and their customer service team (contact info was right on the manual) was incredibly professional and friendly. One of the biggest selling points for me was the versatility. It’s set up for LPG, but I wanted to hook it up to my home’s gas line. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet.
