I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. these are great pans, uniform and cooks well. I dropped one star because the finish on one is uneven (looks like paint that ran) on the bottom, not enough to bother with a return or affect function but they company needs to work on their quality control program..
