We spent a lot of time looking for just the right kitchen faucet as we remodel our older, new home kitchen to boot. The Y-Latch is a swing latch that provides adjustability to your gate. Designed to work with aluminum gates and is composed of steel, so it will withstand the most extreme weather conditions. This latch is is lockable in two places for extra security and works with 2" posts and 2" uprights.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We are replacing a Delta pullout wand with a overhanging Grohe. It has yet to be installed by our plumber, but I can attest to the Grohe faucet we have in the bathroom sink. Works like a charm. It's a single handle model. Delta is an excellent product, especially insofar as the warranty is concerned. Customer service sends out parts without charge, and there is no hassle involved. The reason we've switched is simple. The pullout does not pull out with ease. In addition the hose often gets cinched, so as to prevent the flow water. The overhang should not do this. Update. Recently installed. The pull down faucet is. Easy to install to operate. Note that the non-spray function is not aerated. Good to have a deep sink, so as to prevent splashing outside the sink. I have opened a large can of diced tomatos and a can of black olives with it so far, and it is just like all the other openers out there-the lid falls off into the food..but really, its not that much of a big deal..I mean this opener cuts like a dream, and I do like the larger easy grip handle/cutter. I would recommend this item for anyobe looking for an easy to use opener. On a funny note..apparently this item was shipped to me via Pony Express, as it took well over a week to arrive :)...it was almost two weeks, I watched the tracking..and this can opener has seen a lot of stops between California and Massachusettd...I was getting a bit jealous, it seems more well traveled than I :).
