Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I just read the other reviews and they clearly didn't take a seconds to figure out that the ugly clips are for shipping and the actual clips that hold the screen or glass in just slip in if you take a moment to look at it. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The Versa Gloss Black Steel Fence Line Bracket (3-Pack) is designed to connect the fence panel to the line post. The corresponding set of screws are included, we recommend the purchase of a 3-pack bracket set for each steel fence panel. The line post corner brackets are easy to install and designed to stand up against the elements.
