I got this as an open box item and it was in perfect new condition! The instructions weren’t as clear, so I found a YouTube video of a similar fan. When attaching the blade part, make sure to turn the piece COUNTER CLOCKWISE to tighten instead of the usual clockwise. Wow! Very surprised and blown away (pun intended) by this fan. The installation is super easy, just takes a while, but if you know what you’re doing it’s doable, and it works great in my garage. It’s sleek and and runs very quiet and feels upscale without being flashy. The integrated LED light is bright without being harsh, which was something I was afraid of, so bonus points there.
