Great fireplace insert but with some confusing comments on the package. The box says “box 2 of 2” but the insert itself is only in one box. I assume the other box is for a mantel which is not included. That to say, this fireplace is easy to use and has some nice flames. Terrific heater! We had an electric fireplace from another box store that the warming unit went bad in and I was unable to get any replacement parts for. The measurements of this unit were correct so I replaced the other heater with this and it has worked perfectly, it even looks better than the original! I really like that it has five brightness settings for the flames as well as five speed settings for the flames they don't look fake and I didn't want one that had multiple colors because natural flame color is fine for me. It has only high low and off settings for the heat option where is others have a thermostat but overall for the open box price I got I'm extremely happy. It fits perfectly in the cabinet that I bought. This is a very handsome insert. I needed to replace a 33 " x 26 " insert and this fit perfectly without using the trim kit.
