With the door predrilled bore holes the doors are easy to install. Our are primed and can be painted to match your decor. The doors are constructed from wood grown on sustained yield forests.

Being made from solid wood and tempered glass grants extra protection for you and your loved ones. This door is fully finished and should not be painted or stained in any way to prevent damage to the product, it is made for interior use only. Please note that trimming will damage the finish, also any edge that was trimmed should be sealed, stained, or painted to prevent moisture from entering the wood. The doors were extremely well packaged is such a way as to NOT add a lot of bulk but to protect the doors from the normal shipping damage that can occur. Wood blocking all around to protect edges, extra pad on corners, two layers of foam in front and back (already removed in the picture). High quality doors (as expected). The 6-panel Molded Interior Door from Jeld-Wen is perfectly suited for traditional-style homes with a realistic woodgrain textured surface and durable wood composite construction. Its lightweight hollow core makes for easy installation and it arrives primed and ready to paint.

The door is trimable as advertised but really less than 1 inch at the top and bottom should be trimmed at most. We installed a barn door railing system and wanted a door that still matched other doors. This was our best option. If we didn't want the 6 panels there are less expensive options. The Prehung doors took quite a bit to get them up and fitted and screwed in. But they're in and they look good. The prehung part is not a solid frame, but pieces that have to be assembled, screwed together and mounted. We got it done and did 3 doors. It's nice having doors when company comes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trimming 3/4” from the bottom of the door, I managed to fit it in an 84” space. You must tape the cut line and clamp a board over the tape. Cut it with a fine tooth circular saw blade. It wasn’t ideal, but it worked. I need to decide weather or not to do the second door I purchased as it is in an 83” space.. Oboy. Vermont, USA.
