Improved Posture: Our lumbar support pillow conforms to the natural inward curve of your spine, encouraging sitting in an upright position for optimal spine alignment. Pain Relief: Lumbar pillows provide lower back support in lying down or seated positions by improving body alignment, evenly distributing your weight, and removing pressure from key pain points in your body, including your neck, shoulders, spine, back, hips, and knees, allowing for muscle relaxation and decreased tension and strain. Better sleep: Use lumbar pillows for back support or as a knee pillow by tucking under your knees or hips for better spine alignment, helping you fall asleep faster and eliminate restlessness, tossing, and turning throughout the night.
