This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

I'm very happy with this roasting pan. I waited to review until after using it for some serious cooking.
