It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! Just got this recliner to replace the one I bought from WAYFAIR a few years ago. I had used it for hours on a daily basis so the springs slowly had lost their support. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough.
