The chair was easier to put together than getting the box inside! The seat is too long the back does NOT FIT PERPENDICULAR, hence only 4 stars. I love the blue color and the smaller size, but the arms could would be more comfortable about 4-5” taller. Anonymous. Columbus, OH. Sun Sep 13 2026

The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

Purchased this chair for my father, he likes the chair and it's working for him well except for the seat is way to thin for him. We had to purchase an extra seat cushion because it hurt his tailbone. But other than that he loves it.. Michele. What Cheer, IA. Wed Oct 28 2026

Upholstered in soft chenille fabric and built with a reinforced steel frame supporting up to 350 lbs, this recliner is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and dependable support.

Ordered assembly but wasn't needed because it was easy enough to do ourselves. Color, mechanics, comfort of sitting were all better than expected. Mechanics are quiet. Thought it came with USB but was probably another view I had looked at during shopping. I'm going to love all the storage close at hand and down size junk around me on an end table. Has a bluish Grey appearance and pattern in chenille fabric is great. Head rest doesn't push my head forward like most. Length of leg extention is perfect. Large armcovers do interfere into the cup holders on both sides though. Hoping one day a quicker motor for lifting the chair will be available to improve time it takes to stand but that's just me apparently. So far very satisfied with chair and service from Wayfair.. Vicki. American Fork, UT. Thu Oct 29 2026

An integrated home button returns the chair to its default position in 16 seconds. You'll appreciate the power lift function that offers added support as you move from sitting to standing.

Had to find a chair quickly before shoulder surgery and this one fits me just perfect. Arrived quickly and easy to assemble. Have been sleeping in it for two months so was well worth the money. Looking forward to being able to move it to our family room when I can sleep in a bed again.. Anonymous. Massachusetts. Wed Oct 07 2026

This power lift recliner brings motion functionality and lounge-level comfort to any home. It's designed with a remote-controlled system and a silent lift motor to assist with standing up, while the reclining mechanism adjusts between 90° and 150° for relaxed seating. Padded arms and a stuffed back deliver support, and the soft fabric upholstery blends easily into your space. Built-in side pockets and dual cup holders provide practical storage to keep remotes and drinks within easy reach. The frame relies on engineered wood. It also includes a USB port to charge your devices.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. Beautiful rich color and quality material. Arrived in a single box, it is HEAVY!!! Easy assemble snap in back and plug in cords. Side pieces are on the bottom if the chair. The power recline works well enough, multiple massage options although the way it pulsates tool bit of getting used to, heat was a nice added feature. Recommend!. Kristi. Louisville, KY.
