Delivered in sturdy packing. On time. Nice bench. Seems sturdy. Took me about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble by myself. I thought the bench legs could have fit the corners of the bench seat better. Looks fine The bolts were long and fit the pre-drilled holes ok. I hand tightened and then used a shorter hex tool to tighten the rest. The Allen wrench provided was too long to reach and tighten the bolts.. Mm. Bethesda, MD. Thu Oct 08 2026

Works great! Most pet steps are not built for long dogs (dachshunds). These work great for her to get onto the couch and it folds up to an ottoman or seat when needed.
