I would have given this 5 stars, because the frame overall is nice. However, the description is not accurate. The 16x20 and 20x30 frames that I received were plastic and not glass, as clearly indicated in the descriptions, which was one of the reasons why I chose this particular frame. So i'm very disappointed in that feature.. Shaun. Peoria, AZ. Mon Jul 13 2026

They look nice. Four stars because the metal brackets on the back are flimsy and a couple fell off. It didn’t affect the outcome of hanging them but they were kind of a pain. Overall it was the look I was going for.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 29 2026

Frame is wood. Window part is acrylic. Mat is thick. I think it looks different than the product picture but it worked for us. The backing is the tabs you pull up then push down To hang you attach the hardware yourself. Lacie. MO. Mon Sep 14 2026

These are very pretty and of good quality.. Julie. Apex, NC. Sat May 30 2026

This picture frame has a classic, vintage-inspired design that showcases a favorite photo or print. It's crafted from ash wood with a traditional rectangular shape with a robust outline over 1' thick. The style features four layers of carving – from a beveled and botanical edge to an elegant slope leading into an inner ball trim. We love that it has an embossed finish that makes it feel like a great flea market find that fits in with your coastal farmhouse vibe. This picture frame comes with an acrylic protector and has a standard slide-in installation method.

I guess it was my fault for not reading the details, but the “glass” on the frame is actually plastic. Not a huge deal but of course more susceptible to cracking or scratching. Really nice frame though. Can’t wait to hang it.. Jessica. Oib, NC. Thu Jul 09 2026

Looks good, sturdy & well-made. Real wood & real glass, as described. Accurate color. Disappointed, though, with the size, strength & shape of the metal tabs that hold the backing to the frame: Very hard to remove to slide the photo inside, and very hard to put back in because the end has to pierce the wood but the tab is too small and weak for easy handling & driving in.. Grandma. Pennsylvania. Sun Aug 09 2026

Nice looking frame for the price paid. I should ahve read the specs better - I thought this was wood when it's a plastic frame. The plexiglass is fine but very thin. The mat is a soft cream color, not white, which I do prefer. This would be fine for some photos or poster art but I need a better quality for the prints I am framing. Keeping for some other uses, but ordering two better frames for a bit more. You get what you pay for.. Janice. Bozeman, MT. Fri Sep 11 2026
