Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX. Well, what can I say? It's a toilet and it does what a toilet is supposed to do. It looks exactly like the picture shown on the web site. It flushes and fills without any leaks or other problems. The flushing action appears to be pretty good, but because our bathroom renovation is still in progress we haven't yet put it through any ... shall we say, "real world" tests. I'll update this review if any problems are discovered. UPDATE! - I'm pleasantly surprised with the flushing action! One push does it all, even for the lower water-usage button. I have another toilet in a separate bathroom from a well-known home improvement store but it just doesn't measure up, frequently requiring a second flush. In my view, it's worth spending a little extra to get something that works the way it should. One word of advice regarding installation. Be sure to connect the supply line and any accessories (like the hand-held bidet shown in this photo) to the toilet BEFORE setting the toilet on the flange. There's honestly not *too* much to tell about this-it's a toilet and it does what it's supposed to! The flush action is pretty good for a rear outlet toilet and all the parts come with it that are necessary. The seat it comes with is decent, not outlandishly cheap like some toilets come with.
