I love love love these!!! They are perfect for our deck! They are good quality and block the sun like we wanted! They have a crank handle on the right side that is removable and I like that. We have grandkids and dogs that I want to keep the handle away from them.. Leesa. US. Fri Oct 09 2026

Solar shades block exposure to the sun's heat and UV rays while imparting an unfussy style to your space. This outdoor shade is a perfect pick for pergolas, patios, and other structures, featuring a PVC construction that makes it semi-sheer, so you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without the glare. A cordless cable guide system rolls this design up and down with the touch of a button, while an aluminum valance protects it when not in use. Plus, it includes a two-year hardware warranty and a five-year motor and fabric warranty. IMPORTANT: This motorized shade series features a plug-in motor. The 10' AC plug-in cord MUST be plugged in to operate the shade. The cord is located on the right side of the shade.

As an avid DIYer, I know the difference between good and bad products. This motorized blind is high quality. Everything from the fabric and housing quality to the ease of installation make this a great choice. Unfortunately, our primary reason for purchasing this was for privacy in the evening, as our deck opens up to community courts and gathering space. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. As a result, I can’t figure out a way to automate this blind without using SwitchBot bots.. Kevin. Denver. Thu Apr 30 2026

This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . That definitely adds quite a bit to the expense.. Suzanne. Los Ángeles. Fri Jul 10 2026

Integrated double-track curtains and netting offer added protection and privacy, making it a versatile addition to any outdoor setting.

I have nothing negative to say about this except that it is a foot shorter than most of the other pergola I was looking at. Its fine because none of us are 7 feet tall but the other ones are all around 8 feet tall like a ceiling. This ones only 7 feet tall. Other than that its very sturdy. My husband and I actually put it together by ourselves and we use the boys, our teenage sons, a couple times to help lift it and move it I would say overall it was pretty easy to put together just ted. I needed some shade for the car with the heat this year. I have purchased shade sails from WAYFAIR in past years. The awning arrived intact and we are in the process of completing this project: painting posts with tops and using dacron line with clips we can remove it for tropical storms/hurricanes. The color and fabric match what I have for other awning/shade sails. Thank-you.. Karen. Avon Park, FL. Tue Jun 30 2026
