This globe stand is an authentic reproduction. It is an unidentified concept for one of the Prairie Homes that is designed in the early 1900s. The only marking on the drawing is in his handwriting and says, ''Something like this.'' The proportions, and interpretation, of the drawing were calculated based on the scale of other drawings from this time period.

Glassware and bottles can be placed at the bottom shelf as well as inside the globe. The cabinet is made of wood and painted in dark red mahogany. It comes with round carved wooden floor stands on the wheels.
