I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. This comes extremely well packaged. The 2nd box is just the backsplash and there was like 4 things of foam and backboard inside a box. Just for the backsplash. The engineered granite is a light ivory hint to it. Not straight white. The sink is pure white and you can kind of see the difference in the last picture. This is not lighting. This will need 2 people to assemble. Its not hard but you have be able to lay it on the back to put on the legs and then stand it up of course. There is minor assembly but I wouldnt say it comes fully assembled. Just something to note if you are 1 person. Overall for the price point I am happy. The doors are soft close.
