Happy with the outcome. a major improvement over old-style wire shelfs. Drywall was attached to 1 x 2 furring strips glued to concrete wall, so the 50 mm screws provided were too long to be used. The supplied toggle bolts could not be used either as there was not a sufficient gap between the drywall and the concrete. Therefore I used 10 concrete screws for hanging rail and 4 for support cleats to ensure a good solid connection to the wall. The box containing the vertical panels arrived wet on the bottom end and open - the panels all had some minor damage. Dotted Line offered to sent new panels then we settled on a credit as I had already done the installation and touch-up. The drawers do not come with installation instructions but a QR code on the template leads to the online version, and once you do the first drawer the others go quickly. You must be very strict to the template to attach the slide rail to the sides of the drawers! The drawer fronts allow for adjustment and with patience you can get the drawers visually aligned. Overall very happy with the outcome for a good price.. Alex. Palm Beach, FL. Wed Sep 23 2026

I love the look, color, design and materials of this product. It was easy to put together but it did take two of us at least 5 hours to do so. The bottom half of the cabinet is very sturdy and secure but the upper half is wobbly, due to lack of any kind of pieces that would really give the top half more rigidity. The upper half moves quite a bit when opening and closing doors etc. It's exactly what I wanted and need but I wish the top portion was more sturdy.. Jo. East Hampton, NY. Thu Jan 30 2025

Bring industrial character to your living room, study, or office with this 5-shelf bookshelf. A sturdy steel frame pairs with engineered-wood shelves for a clean, modern look. Assembly is simple with clear instructions and marked parts. Pair it with other industrial-inspired pieces for a cohesive look.

I purchased two for either side of my TV. They look just like I expected and fit perfectly. The black metal and brown shelves suit my slightly modern industrial decor. They are sturdy and the feet are adjustable so they don’t wobble. It was a little difficult for me as a 75-yr old female to assemble myself but the second one was much easier once I figured out the best way to do it. If I can do it, anyone can!. Denise. CAPHAUS Nereida NSF Adjustable Height 6 Tier Wire Shelving Unit w/ Basket & Liner

This adjustable shelf is exactly as pictured. It's very sturdy. It arrived in a timely manner. All the parts were there and in good condition. The reason for the 4 star rating is it was very hard to assemble. Although the shelves can be adjusted according your needs there should be something that tells the recommended distance between shelves if you want them according to the picture. It took me 3 hours to put together.. Johnnie. Hendersonville, TN. Sat Aug 15 2026

The shoe rack is very good. Easy to assemble and looks good in its laundry room location. Well, this is exactly what I wanted. I'm very disappointed in the woodgrain "look", and the fact that some of it was peeling off the particle board as I was trying to put it together. Also, the directions are extremely poor! They don't show front/back, or any of that. IT was very confusing and difficult to put together. It has "a b c d e f g", et cetera on all of the pieces listed in the catalog, but the only things that were marked on the items to put together was a and b. Very disappointing! I would likely not buy from this manufacturer again.. Debra. Redding. Wed Jun 24 2026
