So very disappointed in this greenhouse purchase. The metal is VERY thin. Bolts and plates are already rusting. Hasnt even been a month yet. Finished setting it up around Sept. 19, 2026 as we still had to finish prepping the area when it arrived. Wish I had sent it back before we even attempted to put it together. But we were hoping it would be sturdy once it was built. I bought it because it said heavy duty, price was good, had a 4+ review and wind rating was higher then most. We are retired, on a fixed income, so I try to be smart with big purchases. There's ALOT of room for improvement.. Lulu. FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

Large Walk-In Tunnel Greenhouse for Outdoors with Watering System, White/Green

I ordered this by accident and thought I canceled only because I didn’t realize how big it was. It has sat a few months as I was unable to return it. Well we opened it and realized that because of how you set this up, we were able to put just half of it together and even that size is enormous. We still need to figure out the covering since we only made half of it but this is wha it looks like before the covering. I will have to come back at end of summer with more pics and review how we were able to put cover on and use it. So far decent product! c. Joann. Lyndhurst, OH. Wed Apr 15 2026

Nice greenhouse. Sturdier than I expected. Directions aren’t the greatest but we got it together. I had an issue with a missing part and Wayfair’s customer service was phenomenal. Very satisfied with this purchase. The greenhouse is good quality and has held up to winds and rain. It definitely does require two people and two days to assemble. Love the Green House but don"t ask how the shipping went - give it a 1 - missing boxes, had to re-order and then that started a whole other experience from HELL. then don't ask how their customer service went from there, TOTAL DISASTER. Gave a 4 star because the Green House is very nice and didn't want to ding it for other issues. Otherwise it would be a rating of a BIG FAT 0. Becky. TX. Mon Dec 29 2025

1. Latches on the door are difficult to install 2. Instructions are not clear and need more written details . Suggestions 1. prewrap windows 2. Minimize pieces 3. Create a video that walks customers through steps by step Took 11 hours to complete with 2 people Overall it is a nice build, sturdy . The quality of the materials are okay but not great quality. But will get the job done. Like that everything is pre drilled and numbered. The most difficult part was the lack of instructions. Jeannie. Midlothian, TX. Fri Dec 05 2025
