I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. He said he would never install one in his house because getting parts will be a problem. I hope we don’t need parts. I am completely satisfied and happy with this backsplash. We renovated a very challenging space (bathroom) that required unusual measurements for my replacement vanity. I got a very high quality vanity, but it did not come with its own backsplash. Due to the fact that there was an existing electrical outlet already there, the backsplash height was limited to 3 “. Most backsplashes are 4” in height, and Wayfair was the only place I could find one that was the appropriate dimensions and color. My countertop of the vanity is lightly veined and bright white quartz, and I was worried that this backsplash wouldn’t match…but it matches perfectly, as if it were made for it. It is the same thickness as the countertop, and as you can see in my pic, it looks perfect. It was delivered with care, and I was kept updated on the delivery and I got it within a week. I love it. However, the item in the box clearly had already been (at least partially) installed and put back into the box! Customer Reps I spoke with each time were friendly and apologetic. They offered a small discount, but I paid for a new item and wanted a new item, or at least 50% off. They got a new one ordered and although I offered to return the 1st item, they told me to keep it. New ETA came and went and for 8 days status was simply "We are looking into a delay". Finally, 18 days after initial ETA I had to cancel, as the plumber was already scheduled, and we had to have the parts. Ultimately the plumber thought everything looked ok and we ended up using the "used" column. It turned out to be free - ironic since they refused to go higher than 20% discount! No complaints with Wayfair reps on my 4-5 calls, just frustrated that they couldn't tell me why my item was delayed! Product itself does exactly what we need it to and looks great in new shower! Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head.
