Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024

We love the look and its heat. Installation was easy. We do find we have a burned off propane smell, but we solved this by having an air purifier next to it, makes us feel its safer that way. The propane industry may tell us all its safe to breathe those off gases, but like now known re natural gas, its better to not have those, so I would always suggest a good gas removing air purifier in the room, just my opinion.. This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed. I actually leave it on overnight as keeping my sunroom heated helps my kitchen (and critical plumbing) stay warm from freezing. *Old house problems (built 1909). Willie. Jackson, MI. Thu May 14 2026
