I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

Pre-seasoned and ready to use—enjoy fast, even cooking every time. Clean easily with the included scrapers and take it with you for any meal prep adventure.

The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on most cooktops, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new.
