I think this picture frame is great. It's very solid quality and seems to be well built. I am a little bit concerned about the packaging it was shipped in. Looks good, sturdy & well-made. Real wood & real glass, as described. Accurate color. Disappointed, though, with the size, strength & shape of the metal tabs that hold the backing to the frame: Very hard to remove to slide the photo inside, and very hard to put back in because the end has to pierce the wood but the tab is too small and weak for easy handling & driving in.. Grandma. Pennsylvania. Sun Aug 09 2026

I would have given this 5 stars, because the frame overall is nice. However, the description is not accurate. The 16x20 and 20x30 frames that I received were plastic and not glass, as clearly indicated in the descriptions, which was one of the reasons why I chose this particular frame. So i'm very disappointed in that feature.. Shaun. Peoria, AZ. Mon Jul 13 2026

Nice looking frame for the price paid. I should ahve read the specs better - I thought this was wood when it's a plastic frame. The plexiglass is fine but very thin. The mat is a soft cream color, not white, which I do prefer. This would be fine for some photos or poster art but I need a better quality for the prints I am framing. Keeping for some other uses, but ordering two better frames for a bit more. You get what you pay for.. Janice. Bozeman, MT. Fri Sep 11 2026
