The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. I’m extremely happy with this mattress! I chose the 14-inch model, and it exceeded my expectations. It provides an excellent balance of comfort and support—the Euro top and memory foam feel plush, while the pocketed coils keep my spine well aligned. The mattress expanded quickly after unboxing, has very little odor, and feels well made. I also appreciate that it’s fiberglass-free and CertiPUR-USOEKO-TEX certified. After sleeping on it, I wake up feeling well-rested with much less stiffness than on my old mattress. For the price, the quality is outstanding. As someone who always had a pillow-top mattress, I’m so happy I stepped outside of the box and chose an euro-top this time! THIS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS EVER! The edges don’t sink down when I sit on it (best part). No dents or sinking while sleeping. I never wake up in any type of pain anymore. Great mattress for the price. The mattress fits the bed (also a Wayfair purchase) nicely. The mattress was easy to unpack, there is an outer package and the actually mattress is vacuumed sealed with instructions of how to unroll it safely. Maybe this is a me problem since I didn’t think about it in advance but this mattress is extremely thick, which means standard sheets will not be able to reach over the top of tuck underneath it. The mattress is perfectly comfortable (I bought a twin size for my sons bed) but I’m now annoyed that I will have to buy all new sheets with deep pockets if I want to be able to tuck them in, which I like to do to have a clean look..
