This is a wall register and as described. The metal is a little flimsy to take that into consideration with drilled it in. It looks nice and new and makes the other register in the room look so dirty, so will have to replace that too! This vent cover looks really nice in my newly renovated bathroom. It is quite stylish and complements the other gold fixtures in the room. My reason for only rating it 4 stars is that it was missing the vent mounting clips and instructions when it arrived. While Wayfair sent the clips several days later, I feel it never should have been sent without them.
