The manufacturer’s helpline was excellent and they helped me track the shipment statuses and talk through installation process with one of their product specialists. Be advised the installation hardware must be purchased separately. We also hired a professional company to install into brick.. Stephanie. Boston, MA. Mon Nov 06 2023

LOVE LOVE LOVE! These have added another modern improvement to our small, beige & otherwise uninteresting-looking house exterior. It’s a great example of how a small Change can make a big difference. I was a little hesitant to spend the hefty price on these shutters being that you can spend a fraction of the price for cookie cutter shutters at a big box store. However, I wanted something different than the 100's of other homes on the block. I'm happy to say, that I am very pleased with the end result. I ended up purchasing the "primed" shutters and selected my own exterior paint color to use on these. I was a bit annoyed that no mounting hardware is included, so I ended up using deck screws and cement anchors into the brick mortar. Then used 3/8" mushroom caps to plug the holes. I did not want a permanent plug because I may wat to take them down and repaint them at some point. Pros: -solid construction, not hollow like general store bought shutters. -painted well over the primer -unique design Cons -expensive -does not come with mounting hardware. Chris. These shutters look beautiful! They are well made with heavy sturdy PVC material. I was very detailed about measurements and measured my windows from the outside as this makes a difference with ledges and making sure the shilutters are not too short or long. Sizes matched exactly what I ordered. I added the hold backs for decoration separately.. Kimberly. East Brunswick, NJ. Wed Sep 17 2025
