This will take 2-3 people to assemble (3 people for the roof to make it easier). If you are putting this together yourself you and helper or two should be able to get it done in about 6 hours or so. Once correctly assembled it is very sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for a more permanent structure. This replaces an all cloth (with metal frame) gazebo that we had and it looks like it is going to last quite nicely. The mosquito netting on the top is a bit of a joke. It isn't big enough to fit all around the interior roof. By the time you get half of the net up, the other half starts coming off the Velcro. Maybe it will stretch out over time? PRO's: - Very Sturdy once all assembled and mounted down. - Shipped with a lot of foam padding and hard wood ends to protect the roofing from damage. - Minor bends from shipping that could be bent back with pilers. - Cloth curtains and inner bug netting does fit all around (if installed correctly) to fully enclose the gazebo. - Cloth curtains also appear to be made of good quality fabric. - Says it will hold up to 3,000 lbs of snow, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. Where I live it will test this! CON's: - 1 of the 3 boxes is EXTREMELY HEAVY. This was very hard for the shipper and me moving it around. - Top mosquito netting doesn't fit all the way around, it is too tight - should have a bit more give.. Brad. Aurora, CO. Wed Feb 05 2025

We are very happy with our Backyard Discovery Beaumont 14x12 pergola! The only negative would be the time it took to arrive, which was about six weeks. Otherwise, it is very well made and looks beautiful. You need at least three people to put together. Built with a durable aluminum frame and steel louvers, it combines lasting performance with a clean, modern design for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

I purchased the Mirador Pergola about 7 months ago and am very happy with my purchase. I was concerned I may not be able to assemble it, but it wasn’t an issue. I put all the pieces together and had 2 friends help to put it up. It has transformed my back yard. I spend so much time outdoors now!. Kelly. Woodstock, GA. Mon Oct 12 2026
