This extra large market umbrella is perfect for our outdoor pool patio. It provides excellent shade, is easy to open and close, and feels sturdy even on breezy days. It looks great and has made our space much more enjoyable! The base (shown in picture) comes with a cloth cover on top, instead of plastic. We placed bags of rocks inside the base instead of sand, but it is working well and I don't think a cloth cover will be a problem.. Anonymous. Preston, MD. Mon Jun 29 2026

I read reviews carefully before choosing this particular product. A lot of my choice was based on people who said they had not experienced movement of the umbrella during wind gusts. The umbrella is sturdy but the shape of it lends itself to twisting in the wind. It does not stay in one place. It will work for our purposes and is easy to dismantle; we live in Florida and experience strong winds and strong rains.. Jami. Davenport, FL. Sat May 23 2026
