Considering the price point, I thought that the overall quality of the product was solid. The instructions to build were clear and easy to follow. And it looks very nice in my pantry closet. However, one major issue was that they did not specify what drill bit to use for the anchors. That caused major problems for me, and it ended up taking much longer to install in the closet than it should have. Be careful that you don't make the pilot holes too large if you are using the anchors. No idea why that information is not included in the instructions, but it definitely should be. That's the main reason it did not receive a 5.. Liam. Pawling, NY. Wed Apr 08 2026

Installed in a couple of hours, but Closet Maid includes a bracket that is supposed to make installation easier. It doesn't. Holes are not 16 inches apart so you will either use mollies or drill holes in the bracket. We threw it away. Now, for the good stuff. The adjustable shelving was perfectly easy to customize for what we had to store and if things change, so can the shelving. It's really sturdy and, if you have a level and a drill, you can install it in about an hour.. Carol. Belleville, MI. Wed Jun 03 2026

I ordered pieces from this closet organization group and I’m so excited for the end result! For now, all I can do is check the pieces for any damage, and there is none.
