The mirror is durable and shatterproof (one could break it with brute force, but not nearly as easy as glass. I recommend using double-sided foam tape (not included) to mount it to the wall.

So I went to Wayfair website to report issue and within seconds after filling out info they said for me to get rid of it donate the damaged one and they were sending new on one in 2 days. I was lucky that I found this mirror on sale! I recently moved in and was in search for a full mirror.
