These placemats are very pretty, and I love the burgundy color. The linen fabric has threads in different tones that add beautiful texture and visual interest. However, they are quite lightweight, with no lining or backing, so they don't hold their shape very well. They are also a bit small for square dinner plates. In my experience, they work better as 14x14 napkins, which is how I've ended up using them.. Laura. Santo Domingo, DO. Mon Oct 05 2026

We blended the softness of cotton with the luxurious nature of linen to create our cotton linen Hemstitch placemats. Protect surface in style. This Trivet is made of gorgeous acacia wood, making it functional and beautiful due to its rich, shimmering colors. Use this handy accessory to protect your tabletops and countertops from heat and water damage. It features an intricate design that will add style to any home. Avoid heat marks and stains when serving at your next dinner gathering with this trivet. Decorative functionality at its finest. This product is made from Acacia Wood from Thailand, a non-endangered species that is not harvested from rainforests. We plant a tree for every tree we use. After use, wash this product in warm soapy water and wipe excess water off with a dry towel. Never soak or leave water on the wood during drying as it may result in warping over time. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. Rejuvenate and protect your board rubbing it down with Ironwood Butcher Block Oil after each use. When the board is dry, apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood. From time to time, the surface may become "bumpy". This is completely natural as we leave all of our wood in its natural state with no varnishes or lacquers. You can simply use high grit sandpaper to smooth it out and oil it again to bring it back to new!

These look very nice and I like that they sit higher than a single layer. The selling point for me was that trees are replanted for those cut down.. Sonya. Urbandale, IA. Wed May 20 2026
