This end table is so cute and very sturdy. It is made from real wood and feels very durable and solid. It looks perfect in our guest room with mid century furniture and retro art. The wood shade is lovely. We bought it to go in a very narrow space on the side of the bead next to the wall and it fit the criteria really well! It was very easy to assemble, as all you need to do is screw on the four legs and unscrew the drawer knob (located facing into the drawer) in order to reattach it on the outside of the drawer. The instructions for this are slightly off. They say a hex key is needed and included, but it is not. You only need a small screwdriver to unscrew the screw and reattach it in the right spot. I originally saw these elsewhere but they only had the weird super narrow size so the depth didn't work for my space. I was super stoked when I found these at 15.8"x15.8" on Wayfair. It's a bit taller than my bed but the round corners match my bedframe creating a very soft and comfortable feeling, and the 2 drawers are very smooth, durable, and I can now hide things inside so no more constantly dusting items! It's also heftier than my previous nightstand so these stay in place. I rent an NYC apartment and even though my room is bigger than most people's, it's still not big enough to justify the ridiculously huge nightstands being sold everywhere so these units have been a game changer. I was also skeptical about the "faux leather" texture thinking it'd be ugly and cheap, but in real life, you barely see it and the waterproof/stain-proof capabilities makes it a breeze to clean the units when needed. I highly recommend these for someone who is looking for a relatively small, stylish and simple nightstand with drawers. You'd think that's easy to find but it isn't – trust me, I was looking for years. The only ONE PEEVE is that 1 of 2 of the nightstands has an obvious bump/seam on the bottom center where the manufacturer closed the leather material - I only wish that one was executed better but I did pay about $115 per piece so I can't complain too much. I think in the future, you could get away with removing the whole leather cover and either contact paper or if the outer shell is full wood, sanding the wood down then staining.. Joyce. Brooklyn, NY. Near perfect– I assembled the first one very slowly and deliberately, organizing everything as I Pwent and I think I finished in around 30 min so I’m sure someone going at a normal pace could do it faster and have it come out right, it was pretty easy and had good instructions. The second was one almost perfect but at the point where you add the drawer tracks, either I did something wrong or the drawer was a little off. Still works and shuts but not as smoothly as the first one. Overall, these were perfect as very compact night stands. Wood was sturdy, assembly sticker labels were always on the side that didn’t show, there was very few “unfinished” sides of the wood pieces and it was rightfully dense and sturdy for a small piece of furniture. Important so it’s not so easily knocked over as a more top heavy, narrow table. Probably not the best in a high traffic area but traffic area but perfect in a narrow side table nook.. Monica. NJ. These are great. I had inherited some black cherry furniture without nightstands and got the cherry color to match. The finish is slightly different but they were the perfect size and height (who knew it was so hard to find tall nightstands).
