I ordered the queen size in espresso. I was able to build this by myself in under 2 hours. I just put the Golden Girls on the tv and started building! The socket wrench was a blessing. I have a drill but I didn’t need it. The instructions were easy to follow. I took the suggestion of another reviewer and placed the nonskid pads on the legs before assembly. Makes a big difference. I ordered this bed to go with my headboard (also from Wayfair) and it is a perfect color match! However, there are no holes in the bed in order to connect them. No big deal to me, I'll just zip tie them if I have to. So far there have been no issues with sturdiness. The height description is accurate. I wish there had been a 14 inch height option. The top of my mattress sits at about 28 inches from the ground so I feel like I'm a little too high up, but I will get used to it. This is a really nice bed! Beautiful design, excellent engineering, very good wood species, and near perfect manufacturing tolerances with everything fitting exactly as it should. This bed is very solid when assembled; no squeaks or wobbles. I took my time with the bed assembly, double-checked carefully with the provided step-by-step pictures, and had a helper to assist with the larger pieces. Assembly took approximately 90 minutes. You want to pay particular attention to the "this side up" arrows on some of the bed pieces to avoid problems. This bed is a very good value, in my opinion, and one that you won't be disappointed purchasing. Delivery to our location was in less than 2 days and arrived in perfect condition.
