I needed some shade for the car with the heat this year. I have purchased shade sails from WAYFAIR in past years. The awning arrived intact and we are in the process of completing this project: painting posts with tops and using dacron line with clips we can remove it for tropical storms/hurricanes. The color and fabric match what I have for other awning/shade sails. Thank-you.. Karen. Avon Park, FL. Tue Jun 30 2026

Super nice but I ordered the wrong size--I reordered a larger size.. Glen. Lehigh Acres, FL. Mon Jul 27 2026

Please note: Only suitable for partial-year use (it's not water resistant).

Really love my new pergola. The only thing is the top part is not waterproof. Other than that, it looks really nice on my deck.. Teresa. Galloway, OH. Sat Jun 29 2024

Shade tech's affordable, quality canopy offers reliable shade where you need it with this reliable straight-leg pop-up canopy. Features 3 height positions for variations, a rigid eave construction, and shade up to 144 sq. Ft. Our alumina fabric offers 99% UV protection and the push-button sliders with padded levers make this canopy easy to assemble.

It looks good but I don't know how long the top will last. You need at least 3 people to set it up and one must be very strong. Not an easy set-up as it is very stiff and hard to get the top part to click into place. We also needed to use a stepladder to get it done. I added some double-sided sticky Velcro to the top point to hold it in place.. June. Santa Monica, CA. Thu Jun 27 2024

About this for my mother-in-law‘s backyard. It was very easy to set up, but I would still suggest having at least two people to make it easier. Great color and fabric, feels very durable. Can’t wait to get some use out of it when the weather is nice.. Clint. Wed Nov 04 2026

Installed this rectangular shade sail over our back patio and its made a huge difference — covers our seating area and the kids play space, and cuts the afternoon sun noticeably. The browntaupe color looks good against our house and doesnt show dirt like lighter colors would.. Christine. Chula Vista, CA. Mon Aug 31 2026

Enjoy stylish sun protection with this durable shade sail. Designed to resist fading, mold, mildew, and weather, this sail provides reliable shade year-round. It' s perfect for creating comfortable outdoor spaces.

It's great quality and the color matches, however I didn't measure correctly and ordered a size too small. Unfortunately it won't work for the area we need but that is no fault of my own. Re-ordered same brand just a bigger size.. Candace. Saint Petersburg, FL. Tue Jun 02 2026

Finally got this shade sail installed over my chicken coop and inside run. South Texas summers are brutal, but this is going to provide an escape from the direct sun. I’m very pleased with the quality. Came with all installation hardware, and husband didn’t have any issues installing it.. Amanda. Castroville, TX. Sat Mar 21 2026

Integrated double-track curtains and netting offer added protection and privacy, making it a versatile addition to any outdoor setting.

I have nothing negative to say about this except that it is a foot shorter than most of the other pergola I was looking at. Its fine because none of us are 7 feet tall but the other ones are all around 8 feet tall like a ceiling. This ones only 7 feet tall. Other than that its very sturdy. My husband and I actually put it together by ourselves and we use the boys, our teenage sons, a couple times to help lift it and move it I would say overall it was pretty easy to put together just ted. Excellent heavy duty shade sail!. The continuous wire and heavy duty corner brackets make it vey strong and will no doubt last. The grey goes perfect with my house color so I used it over my open front courtyard. Blocks out at least 90% of the sun as you can see in the picture I took looking directly at the sun.
