Delivered super fast and package was still in good condition, no broken or missing pieces. First initial charge does take multiple hours so definitely recommend just charging it over night, however have only had to charge it 2 times for a couple hours each throughout the whole week!! Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. Ride On overall is good - their support/warranty is non-existent. Plan on fixing any issues on your own. I highly recommend looking at a different brand and would not purchase again.. Jacobi.
