Considering the price point, I thought that the overall quality of the product was solid. The instructions to build were clear and easy to follow. And it looks very nice in my pantry closet. However, one major issue was that they did not specify what drill bit to use for the anchors. That caused major problems for me, and it ended up taking much longer to install in the closet than it should have. Be careful that you don't make the pilot holes too large if you are using the anchors. No idea why that information is not included in the instructions, but it definitely should be. loved the final assembly piece but I believe the predrilled holes for the adjustable bars could have been place further back closer to the wall. seems the way they are it leaves a lot of free space behind the clothes hung. my system was large and required two men to work on it. the younger of the two men -Phillip_ was constantly boasting about himself but come down to working his partner is by far much more thorough. Phil left earlier than his partner Ed who ended up correcting much of what Phil left undone.. I am disappointed in Angi as these guys are mostly present to give you their card for any future jobs we may have at "at a cheaper rate than Angi". Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. Super cute piece and assembly was pretty straight forward. Added much more storage capacity to our closet which is what we really needed. The adjustable racks are a great feature. Very versatile. Only downside is the clothing bars bow under very little weight. My husband reinforced the bars to provide additional support which fixed the warping issue. Overall we are pleased with our purchase..
